Pay for Skills Program rewards employees for building their capabilities and expanding their expertise in designated Production positions. As employees achieve defined skill milestones and demonstrate proficiency in new competencies, they become eligible for corresponding promotion and pay increases.
Apprentice Program offers employees a pathway for career growth for long-term success into designated positions. Participants complete job shadowing, internal and external training during or prior to promoting into the new position.
Wellness Program promotes the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of all employees.
